EF Education First’s B2C division, is looking for new Customer Relations agents to support our online students. The successful candidate will be joining a team of inspiring talents based in our newly refurbished office located in Sandton, Johannesburg.
Job Description:
General Role
Responsible for providing our students with advice and solutions (technical, academic or otherwise) to ensure they have the best possible English learning experience with EF’s Online school – englishtown.com. The candidate should be bilingual in English and another European/International language. A third language is advantageous, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities
•Respond to students’ requests promptly via our online Live Chat as well as our email-based system timely and effectively in English and/or in an additional language
•Assist students with all queries related to the online school and help to provide them with the best possible learning experience
•Handle complaints, propose solutions and preserve a positive product image
•Report and follow up on any queries that relate to other stakeholders such as Operations, Production teams and Academic teams
•Report effectively and regularly on your own results
•Propose system and process improvements
Desired attributes
•Excellent writing skills
•Fluent in the English and Italian languages, both speaking and writing*
•Able to communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues in English, as EF is an International company with English as the company language
•Third language preferable but not necessary
•Highly responsible with very strong sense of ownership
•Positive attitude
•Team player
•Consistently strive for improved quality and results
•Strong computer and internet knowledge are essential. Must be comfortable working on various electronic platforms
•Excellent at multitasking and adapting to varying workloads
•Willing to work outside traditional office hours
Education and Experiences
•University Graduate preferred
•One year working experience and Customer Service related experience preferred
Salary:
•R9 500 per month plus incentives.
