We employ a highly driven team with or without experience for outbound sales execs to power our global call center. And with their experience, communication skills and product knowledge they are able to target, educate and entice customers. We recognize and value our staff through the introduction of lucrative incentives.
We are currently looking to expand our insurance company.
Due to the geographical locations we service, please note that there is shift work. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
Requirements
Have English as home/1st language
Be a self-starter, self-motivated & goal orientated
Be able to work independently yet be a team player
Be an analytical thinker with problem solving ability
Be deadline driven & goal orientated
Be able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized dynamic environment
Be able to handle confidential and personal matters
Be fully computer literate
Job Description
Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set.
Meet and/or exceed daily outbound dials, claims and conversions
Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers
Customer relationship building and management
Cross selling of products and services
Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
Performing extra tasks given by managers/supervisors as required
Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
