Well-spoken, presentable, Receptionist / AARTO Specialist ( Traffic Fines Administrator with extensive experience ideally looking for a brand new challenging position in an exciting, passionate and buzzing environment.

I am currently employed by Fidelity Security Services in South-Africa in the Fleet Department
in the capacity of AARTO Administrator
During my period of employment, I have worked in accordance with the principles, policies, procedures and ethos of Fidelity Security Services . I am familiar with the mission and vision of the company and the work ethic of the Management and Employees.


The 1st Phase of my tenure with Fidelity Security Services I was a Temp Executive Receptionist then was given an opportunity for the AARTO administrator were I got a lot of exposure

My role is to provide day to day support to the AARTO Departments in achieving the Business Unit's objective which is the Redirection of Traffic Offences and building relations with Municiplaities . The duties are focused around Road Safety issues, and Legal issues of a diverse nature.

I run a highly efficient office with effective administration systems / processes, which include general Administration duties, managing the filing system / loading of Traffic fines and closing them off on the icbm system, heads of the Logistics (Fleet Department ). I have been privileged enough to have been mentored and have subsequently been exposed to a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and insight as well as very confidential issues which I needed to, in some instances, co-ordinate and administrate and deal with.

I am extremely impressed with Fidelity Security Services as a company and the Management Team which I have worked so closely with and would love to continue this mentorship as it has proven to be mutually beneficial
But now I realise my ambition to further my career, grow and reach my full potential is knocking on my door, I feel the time has come for me to take the next step and spread my wings.
