Duties and responsibilities:
Deal with large volume inbound calls in a highly professional way, act as the first point of telephone contact , handle complaints in a diplomatic way, accurately update customer records with correct information, answer all queries quickly and efficiently and try to understand a callers point of view and listen to and empathise with them. as well as have the ability to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers and quickly processing information.
