You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service by taking ownership of this client’s customer enquiries.
Tasks include:
•Dealing with customer enquiries, manage and resolve customer complaints following online purchases
•Researching information and process orders via the in-house computer system
•Providing customers with product and service information
•Processing orders, track deliveries and handle billing enquires
•Identifying and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource
