Job description
Gives support to the warehouse and operates the forklift to load and offload the products/stock.
Tasks related to this position include but are not limited to:
• Efficiently move products from storage into loading vehicles.
• Be responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift.
• Ensuring the safety of the product and moving it into storage locations.
• Stock count and record keeping.
• Ensure quality and control state of various products/material by ensuring that the stock is free of damage.
• Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations put in place.
• Providing support to new forklift drivers/warehouse employees.
• Production mixing and batching
• Receiving of stock, Packing and picking of stock.
• Production milling
Qualifications and competencies required
Grade 12
Forklift License
Computer Literacy
Organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 3- 6 months
Salary: Up to R5 000,00 per month
Education:
• High School (matric) (Required)
License/Certification:
• forklift license (Required)
