It has come to our attention that an online store "www.pamtoptrading.co.za" has been opened using all of the company details of the website "www.klbtheme.com/machic" and people are being scammed.
The reported product used to scam innocent suppliers is "Axitec PGT915 200 watt PV Solar Panel", their fake address is 3 Alabaster Street, South End, Port Elizabeth, 6001, fake sales@pamtoptrading.co.za and their fake number is 041 516 0800
Prospective suppliers are warned that fraudulent Requests for Quotations are sent to suppliers using the Procurement Department's name and logo from time to time.
Suppliers are advised to verify the authenticity of suspicious RFQs and orders by calling the respective Procurement Divisions prior to responding to any RFQs or orders.
No department will not be held liable for any delivery of goods for any fraudulent tenders or RFQs.
Check if the tender appears on either the National Treasury eTender website "www.etenders.gov.za"
All tenders can be downloaded for free. A tender fee is only applicable if documentation is collected at tender offices.
