Seeking a vibrant individual to fulfil a receptionist and administrative position at a medical practice in Pretoria east. You are required to have experience in medical administrative duties, and you must have a passion for people.
Job Requirements
Nutraceutical product knowledge
Aesthetic product and treatment knowledge
Proficient in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized and Attention to Detail
Roles and Responsibilities
Filling
Daily Bookings (patient and treatments)
Ensure all patient files are up to date.
Interacting with patients
Daily Cash Up
Balancing daily transactions
Collecting outstanding account payments
Assisting with any required administrative duties
Stock takes to be done weekly.
Interacting with Suppliers regarding stock orders
Ensuring all databases are updated timeously.
Taking calls regarding client bookings.
Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy.
Liaising with the marketing manager to ensure all practice marketing material is relevant and up to date.
Phone potential clients from the marketing team to book appointments and report back.
Managing all patients attending appointments - forms to be completed, temperatures to be logged etc.
