Corporate Finance with broad experience in a variety of disciplines, ranging from valuations, transaction support.We are seeking an experienced Secretary to work in our clients corporate department.

The role will involve dealing with clients by phone, taking messages and general calls. You will be required to pick up any ringing phones within the corporate department.

Creating/amending large documents, Creating/amending Excel spreadsheets which includes updating monthly matter reports for specific clients.Supporting other department team if required.

Given the nature of the role an individual who is prepared to be flexible would be preferred.

Ability to prioritise work load under pressure

Strong PC systems skills are essential, including strong Word skills.

Good communication skills with a good telephone manner and client care expertise are essential.

Accuracy, sound organisational skills and attention to detail are required.

Salary of R9000 including benefits for a full time contact.
