We have a great call centre with a couple of branches across Gauteng, we are looking for the best customer care team to assist our clients in the most professional way possible. Here at Macro Telecommunications we believe in a good healthy working environment and we hope our candidates will also respect that… No experience required so any interested individual may apply, positions are limited so apply sooner than later.
Requirements and Agent Duties:
• Punctuality is key
• Good work ethic
• Communication skills and Telephone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge
• Well-developed understanding of our policies and company rules.
• Respect the company’s set hierarchy (insubordination won’t be tolerated)
