Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 8am-5pm; Sunday closed
Required Academic Qualifications:
•2-3 year diploma in beauty therapy
•ITEC and/or CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC qualifications preferred
•International qualifications are a bonus

Required Skills and Experience:
•Must have 3-4 years working experience in a busy spa / salon / aesthetics clinic environment
•IPL/Laser treatments
•Must have in-depth skin care knowledge
•A minimum of 2 years experience with IPL/laser treatments or Endermologie in a salon or clinic
•Retailing and sales expertise
•Management experience an advantage
•Must have good computer knowledge and experience with Workflow systems will be beneficial.
•Strong communication skills - friendly and well-spoken

Responsibilities include:
•Treatment, including the preparation of solutions and/or application of creams
•Coordination of physician(s) for administration of injections and/or any pre-treatment applications.
•Coordination and accountability of post patient care - ensure the post treatment patient care is adhered to at all times.
•Assessing the patient’s suitability and state of health for type of treatment and make recommendations/discuss with physician(s).
•Ensuring that all the necessary forms are completed by the patient and following the company’s processes.
•Meeting with existing and/or potential patients to provide information to them before treatments and to give them all the required information and quotations on the different treatments offered by the company.
•Display, show and explain patient videos of treatments and clarify any questions or concerns.
•Recommendations of treatment/retail products with patients, explaining the treatment procedure and application of products.
•Follow ups with patients telephonically after treatments and keeping records of feedback from patients.
•Keeping of accurate record(s) of treatment parameters/settings used during all laser treatments.
•Providing professional laser therapy services which include the following:
oResurfacing treatments
oPigmentation treatment(s)
oStretch marks
oHair removal
oChemical peels and treatments
oAcne treatment
oDermaPen treatments

Marketing:
•Organise and oversee all Marketing events within the company
•Oversee and design all branding within the company
•Role out and track preferred supplier processes
•Compile all tender documents for the company

Staff management and internal processes:
•Implemented job profiles for all staff
•Manage KPI’s and targets for all staff
•Conduct competency based interviews on potential employees
•Implementation of monthly reports to track performance within the company
•Compile and present all presentations both within the group as well as with clients
•Presentations include budgets, strategy, competitor analysis, etc

Business Liaison:
•Manage the communication process of continuous improvement within company, managing the vision, expectations, goals, and the associated methods that we will use to achieve them.

External relationships:
•Maintain external relationships with clients
•Introduce and market Company to new clients
•Negotiate all SLA’s with clients in collaboration with clinic shareholders
•Oversee the delivery of SLA’s deliverables
•Ensure compliance to established recruitment & selection policies and external regulations
•Revise recruitment policies and provide recommendations for changes to procedures
•Identify process improvement opportunities through various mediums including customer satisfaction surveys, client feedback, partner and employee surveys, complaints and error reporting.
