Candidates must be patient, understanding and be passionate about helping our clients live an independent life in their own homes and the wider community.
Successful candidates must have the following:
caregiver qualifications
Be reliable, flexible, punctual and honest
Possess the ability to support the needs of people including intimate personal care, in a way that is respectful and promotes individual needs and rights
Ability to communicate with different people in different ways.
