•Post basic qualification ( advantageous)
•Post registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and 2 years’ experience in acute psychiatry
•Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
•Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information
•Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
•Excellent time management skills
•Strong organisational skills attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
•Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and discretion
Must be willing to fulfil a role in the ward/department according to the flexi-hours system
•Updated CV
•Valid Passport
•Valid IELTS or OET test results (advantageous)
•Attend Job Interview online with UK employer
•(NMC Self-Assessment)
•Pass Computer Based Test (CBT) – done in current country
•Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) – once in the UK
•Receive NMC PIN – once in the UK
