We seek to employ the service of a Waiter/Waitress who will greeting our guests and take of drink and food orders. Staying attentive to the needs of our guests in the dining area. Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests. Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
Duties
Provide customers with menus.
Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Listen to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately.
Prepare bills and process payments.
Requirements
Customer service skills.
The ability to work well with others.
The ability to accept criticism and work Well under pressure.
To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
A desire to help people.
Active listening skills.
A good memory.
