Attention：for pressing olive oil, firstly please remove the pits and cut olives into pieces of peanut size(which makes it easier to feed in the barrel
also, the whole process would take longer than pressing seeds.
Three methods of pressing:
1: cold press, don’t open heating, the temperature is bellow 37.8℃, specially for pressing flax;
2: hot press, open heating, use the dry material, don’t need fry, press directly;
3: hot press, open heating, need fry the material first, then press.
