We have a new exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager within our ever expanding business. The Bid Manager will prepare winning bids, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process ; working very closely with the sales team at our sales office .

• This role will require strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment.
• Part of virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Work with the core team to deliver win themes and bid strategy
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
• Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
• Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for –

• Proven capability in delivering and winning complex services bid opportunities.

• Ideally has a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
• Experience in driving win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery.
• Have the ability to manage complex, multi-work steam opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast paced , sales led organisation.
• Driving license
