We are looking to recruit call centre based in East gate The suitable candidate should have excellent customer service skills and ideally have experience of working in an inbound call centre or a telesales environment. The majority of the calls will be inbound but some outbound work may be required.

Computer literate/keyboard skills
Working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the telecoms (or related) industry
Excellent telephone skills
High degree of accuracy
