Description
●Process all monthly journals
●Prepare final trial balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and that deadlines are met
●Assist in the annual budget preparation for the relevant entities
●Prepare budgets in conjunction with Financial Manager, CFO & partners
●Ensure completeness and accuracy of audit files on time. –
●Liaise with auditors on financial year-end audit and/or internal audit programmes
●Ensure all returns are completed accurately and submitted timeously to the relevant institutions – VAT, PAYE, IT, BBBEE, WCA
●Ensure TCCs and BBBEE certificates for all companies are valid and up to date and follow up with institutions where problems exist, ensuring this is resolved
Requirements:
●BCom Accounting degree complete
●Articles signed off
●2-4 years’ experience in a commercial accounting role
●Exposure to a group of entities or division
●Experience on ERP System
●Experience in managing a team
