However, the demand for IT and skilled staff will continue again after lockdown for our international and local Clients. We are spending this time preparing and due to demand we are offering a franchise opportunity under our successful brand. We are looking for 2 Franchise partners – 1 x JHB region and 1 x CPT region. If you have ever wanted your own business but without the risk and fear of starting out on your own join us. If you never want to be in this situation again and have your own business and income that you control, join us full time or part time. Our existing partners started part time and made R10000 – R15 000 a month and saved it then went full time currently earning on average R47000 a month to R120 000 Nett. Take control of your finances and make R5000 to R10 000 extra a month and if you love it do it full time.
We provide as the franchisor:
•Proven business model and cost templates
•All internal and external operating documentation, branding, marketing material,
•In-house HR/IR division, Marketing department, IT assistance centre, Finance department managing invoicing to clients.
•Database & ATS system
•Full Training on HR & Recruitment focusing on IT Recruitment
All this allows you to focus on sales, your business and building relationships with clients.
Core Team Members (part time then full time)
Recommended starting with Franchise owner as core member then over the first 12-24 months adding 3-4 staff as required. Core Staff will be 1 x internal/external salesperson, 1–2 permanent recruitment consultants and a front office coordinator.

Lockdown update – COVID19
We focus and make 80% of our revenue on IT placements. Our IT Clients are all still working and hiring
Training we have changed our training from over 3-4 months while operating to an extensive 1 month training option via skype/zoom/online etc so training and setup is done in April/May to be fully operational after lockdown.
