Since my partner does not play bridge I am missing the bridge sessions and am now looking to start a small social duplicate club in the Northcliff/Cresta area, perhaps on Sunday afternoons. I seems that many people would prefer a daytime session. I would like to make contact with a gentleman who would be interested in partnering me and helping run the club. If he would do the scoring and admin work and I would handle the catering etc
I have everything required to set up the club. Cards, boards, table movements, stationery, computer scoring programme (unless he would prefer his own system) etc etc. I have also located a venue in this area where the required tables/chairs and kitchen facilities are available at a reasonable cost.. The cost of the rental and catering would offset by the cover charge so there would be no financial outlay.
