assist in arrest situations and emergencies, liaising with the police, whilst providing a professional service at all times.
Specific Duties:
Punctuality:- Arrives before the shift start time, books on duty, stows personal items and checks radio. Is active on the store floor at shift start time.
Communication:- Is polite at all times, demonstrates customer service, is not engaged in casual conversations on store floor and escalates any issues of concern or risk to management.
Deters Theft:- Appears focused and alert, challenges alarm activations, completes patrols, tag and fitting room checks.
