Ensures medication is taken as prescribed and side effects monitored.
Monitors the person's physical and emotional well being.
Provides assistance with activities such as meal planning, cooking, laundry, housekeeping and finances.
Helps the person served engage in enjoyable leisure time activities at home and in the community.
Supports the person in developing and maintaining relationships with friends and families.
Transports persons to community activities.
Completes necessary documentation.
