General workers required in a warehouse
Primary Responsibilities:
Upload, separate, palletize and tag incoming freight for receipt into company inventory.
Put away merchandise.
Retrieve merchandise from stock locations
Assist in the staging of store merchandise in appropriate area to be loaded.
Update data in system of all merchandise transferred from one location to another.
Document work necessary to complete daily production logs.
Comply with all Company policies, including safety, attendance, productivity, housekeeping and quality guidelines.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency to effectively complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to perform job duties productively and accurately.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to do repetitive tasks.
Safety conscious.
Must have a South African I.D
