We, the people walk 2015 26 april - Johannesburg

Every year South Africa commemorates the freedom day, thus, constitution hill as an institution that strengthens the freedom and democracy of our country will celebrate the freedom month by embarking on the walk called “We the People Walk” on the 26 of April 2015. This second annual walk will take certain routes in the Johannesburg CBD streets and back again to Constitution Hill square.

The journey for We, The People Walk will start from Constitution Square and it will end there whereby music performances will take place. There will be two different routes, 5km and 8km. Participants will choose their distances and the Right that they want to represent during the Walk.

Participants are encouraged to register in group of ten and they will receive 10% discount. Parents are also encouraged to come along with their children and the entire family is welcome. Food and other stalls will be available on the site throughout the day so bring along some money for refreshments.
