COOKING CLASSES
This month we will run one class which combines gluten free techniques & ingredients with a particular culinary tradition. With April so full of public holidays, we’ll run one class right at the beginning of the month, so giving you the heads up on that one now too!
North African & Middle Eastern Treasures - 22nd March 2012, 5.30 for 6pm – 9.30pm
In this class we’ll learn a variety of dishes, some the simplest, ‘multipurpose’ dishes to an extraordinarily delicious cake you’ll want to serve at your next dinner party:
Muhammara – Syrian Walnut & Roasted Pepper Dip
Baba Ganoush – Aubergine & Tahini Dip
Moroccan Carrot & Date Salad w Dukkha
7 Veg Tagine & Chicken & Preserved Lemon Tagine
Pistachio Cake
You will receive all the recipes, get to eat all that is demonstrated & enjoy a glass of wine in the process
