Call center agents needed urgently - Johannesburg

We are urgently recruiting call center agents for Outbound and inbound call center .The primary duties and responsibilities of the call center include making outgoing calls and incoming call to a list of people that the company provides. The successful agents are to work with Hotels, Airlines financial institutions and insurance companies. All applicants must be currently residing in Gauteng province and should be between the ages of ( 18 – 35) year old.
Startup salary ranges from R 3500 - 12500 per including basic and commission
No experience needed training offered
Key Responsibilities:
•To inform Members about new products and services from.
•To check the satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions on products and services.
•To upsell, cross-sell, resell the products and services to its customers.
•Demonstrate an aptitude for sales; be able to suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
•To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
•Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
•Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
•Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
•Master customer service interactions, with the right attitude and skills specific to each channel.
Ensure database integrity.
•Continuously update customer details, efficiently use follow ups and respecting Data Privacy rules
