Our Client a high profile Corporate Organization in the city is looking to recruit a Fine Dining Waiter, waitress and bartenders with a polite and sophisticated manner, someone who's enjoy working in the hospitality environment and can deliver an efficient 5 star service at all the time.
You will be responsible for:
The day to day service within the hospitality department, looking after mainly the fine dining restaurant, the conference rooms,
You will be required to be fully conversant with all menus and learn the correct presentation, the correct garnish and accompaniments for all dishes served.
You need to have good knowledge of food & wine
Developing an already strong client relationship, you must have
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
You must be a team player with a flexible attitude to working hours
