Entry level consultants assists customers via telephone, Internet, e-mail and instant messaging. you will work in telephone call centers or multimedia contact centers, handling a variety of functions, including customer service, telesales and customer contact.
Specific duties
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
whereas no prior experience and or relevant qualification is required, you must be someone who is trainable and keen to learning new things.
Have grade 12 or equivalent qualifications with strong communication and negotiation skills.
