RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Setting and achieving the Sales Budget.
Management of all Sales staff.
Management of Sales activity in all Sales arenas:
Trade Sales.
Chain Stores.
Distributors.
Key Accounts.
Exports.
Sales conferences.
Maintenance and implantation of Pentel Sales training policy.
Tenders and contractual business
ASSISTANCE TO:
Managing Director in the selection of the Product Range.
Marketing Department in the planning and execution of the Marketing / Advertising campaign.
Financial Manager in the collection of Debtors payments.
MANAGEMENT:
Maintenance and growth of the customer base.
Budgeting for Sales annually.
SALES:
Key accounts.
Quotes.
Tender and contractual business.
CONTROL AND MEASURMENTS:
Checking reps call cycles on a weekly basis.
Visiting key accounts with reps.
Visiting of customer
Visiting coastal branches
SALES AREA’S:
South Africa
Lesotho
Botswana
Swaziland
Namibia
Mozambique
Zimbabwe
