Key Areas of Responsibilities
1.Ensure that the Returns Policy is strictly adhered to, from the time the returned stock arrives back at the warehouse.
2.Give feedback to sales department when stock is returned without proper authorized paperwork.
3.Checking and confirming that the costs and quantities claimed for by the customer correlates with that was stated on the RFC (Customer Claim Form)
4.Liaise with the 3PL with regards to any discrepancies picked up between customer claim and actual credit passed.
5.Oversee tracking of pickup requests in 3PL system.
6.Liaise with Ferrero credit controllers re any customer claims.
7.Cross reference pickup request vs. claim vs. credit and general auditing of credits passed
The Candidate
Profile: A self-motivated individual capable of working with limited
supervision.
Must be diligent, astute, with attention to detail.
Good time management and prioritisation skills, must be able to work with 3pl and keep a good relation in the work environment.
Qualifications: Tertiary Education preferably, Matric will be considered.
Experience:
•Must have 2- 4 years FMCG experience
•Must have a working knowledge of warehousing/returns principles within the FMCG industry
•Practice good timekeeping and have an excellent attendance record
•be able to communicate well at all levels
Expertise / Skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Computer literate with advanced Excel Skills, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage

- Detail-oriented
- Independent
- Good interpersonal skills
