Responsibilities: recruiting, training and supervising staff, agreeing and managing budgets, planning menus, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines, promoting and marketing the business, overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies.
Salary R8500pm.
