By engaging in conversation you will use your influencing and first class product knowledge to provide a suitable tailored solution to ensure customer sales .
As A Call Centre Agent what skills will you need?
Confidence with great communication the ability to build rapport and engage with customers, target motivated resilient with the ability to handle objections ensuring you find the right solution to meet your customers' needs b e able to persuade and retain customers in order to keep their custom. A passion for keeping up to date with all of our products, services and promotions, and those of our competitors
