We offer affordable Shared accommodation in our communes in Randburg, Rosebank and fourways. We are within walking distance of the schools, taxi ranks and Malls.

Contracts are to be signed for three, six and twelve months. One month’s rent deposits are required. Our communes offer the best affordable student accommodation .

House rules are applicable. Communal areas to be cleaned once a day . It’s a shared house with a fully furnished kitchen and a lounge with DSTV

There is a front desk that supports both the Boarding House and Backpacker sides of the premises and there are cleaners there during the day. There is someone on duty to give you access to the premises 18 Hours a day, Safe Parking is available. There is a Lounge Dining Room and Kitchen linked to the common areas that have couches, chairs, tables and a Dstv, Satellite TV.

Some middle Term stay Students live in the Boarding House. Many of the students stay for a semester while other people stay for a few months. All common areas are cleaned properly twice a day, we leave cleaning items available for your use if others have left bathrooms, kitchens and common areas messy.

We request all customers to clean up after themselves; it can become a process of clean before use instead of after use in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Kitchen use, if you want a set of cooking utensils we will happily provide you with a set of cooking utensils plates and cutlery etc, we request a deposit of some sort and refund these monies on return of these items cleaned to us.
