Refrigerated Prep Tables: A combination refrigerator to store cooking pans with the cook line on top. They have cold storage wells, also known as cold rails, that keep the pans cold, clean and fresh. They are perfect for sandwich/salad and pizza restaurants. For the latter, a deeper cutting board-usually about 36 inches tall-is best in order to accommodate the large diameter of the pizza.
