Job Title: Human Resources Generalist / HR Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-driven HR Generalist to join our team at our Rooderpoort office. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the full employee lifecycle for our local staff. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring that our workplace remains productive, legally compliant, and aligned with our company culture.

Minimum Requirements

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role (experience within the Gauteng/West Rand corporate environment is a plus).
· Systems: Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) and comfortable using HRIS/Payroll software.
· Knowledge: Solid, up-to-date working knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act, and POPIA). You must be confident in representing the company at the CCMA if required.
