Skills and requirements: * You will ensure on site presence to provide reassurance and security to residents and undertake scheduled system tests and keep a record of outcomes
You will oversee and monitor the scheme to ensure it is maintained to an excellent standard to enhance resident satisfaction.
You will provide an excellent service to residents moving in and out assisting the Housing Officer and Lettings Team in providing information on operation of equipment in homes, communal areas.
You will be reliable and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to work and collaborate with others as part of a team.
