I need advice from Openly Gay/ DL /Closeted Men(Sorry this is long) - Johannesburg

Hi there!! I am a gay feminine btm who needs advice/answers to why my crush is so fucking confusing.
He
Consistently stares at me and it's very intensely but he never smiles or blushes(Maybe I've never caught him smilin/blushing)

Talks about me a lot and from what I've overheard it(my hearing is... well really good).He just sounds like someone trying to fish for answers to confirm something from his friends or anyone that is willing to listen.Or maybe he really is concerned lol...But it doesn't explain why he looks into me but doesn't do anything.Is he waiting for me to talk to him ?

For context I am an introvert and
I can get easily overstimulated in public areas.Long story short he's caught me off guard twice before!!
Since then he's been singing the same old song that I'm scared of him.

Then I accidentally overheard him talking about someone giving him mixed signals.Maybe he could be talking about someone else But when I passed him.He was staring me a this very longing look like he was talking about me.

I don't mean to brag but this is important context.I do get a lot of attention from a men.
They either don't know that I am a boy or they do.The one's who don't see that I am a boy ask me out.It can sometimes get awkward when I tell them that I am a boy let's just say, I've seen cars fly and sometimes they are willing to gay just for me but it's not genuine it's just them being lost in the heat of the moment.And the one's that do know I am a boy.
They often stare at me and sometimes they even blushing/give me a seductive look and smile.It's unspoken pact between me and them to just let them be! I am starting to get annoyed tho.

But my crush is someone I just can't read.I don't know if he's gay or not.He seems like a Bi/Gay masculine men.I don't want to jump to conclusions about his Sexuality
I that know you should go after a straight man.

Please can someone give me advice or answers.
I know there are gay ppl who deal or have dealt with this before.
