Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our client base across South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role is remote, performance-based, and suited to professionals with strong sales skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities across South Africa

Promote Afaq Company’s digital, creative, and technology services

Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels

Conduct client meetings (online or in-person when required)

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Track sales activities and report performance regularly

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Strong understanding of digital services, IT solutions, or creative industries

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Strong lead generation and closing skills

Results-oriented with a self-motivated and proactive attitude

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Familiarity with the South African business market is a strong advantage

Compensation & Contract Conditions

Basic Salary: R7,000 per month

Commission: 10% on every successfully closed deal

Important Contract Condition:
The fixed monthly salary is payable only if at least one new deal is secured during the month.
If no deals are closed in a given month, the candidate will not be entitled to the basic salary for that month.
Commissions remain payable for all closed deals.
