As an In-Store Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Your primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations. You will be tasked with maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and tidy.

You will also handle transactions at the checkout, ensuring accuracy in processing payments and handling cash or card operations. Part of your role involves staying informed about current promotions, store policies, and product details to effectively communicate these to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of customers and work collaboratively with your team to meet sales targets and provide excellent service. A successful In-Store Retail Assistant is adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
