Health Caregivers needed
perform duties as assigned on the clients Care Plan.
Assist the client in undertaking activities of daily living by providing any of the Care Your Way approved personal care activities including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene.
Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members.
Undertakes light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client’s clothing, bed linen and changing the bed.
Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, washing dishes, and kitchen clean up.
