Our client, a successful JSE listed financial services company is searching for FULL TIME Telesales Staff, for its Sandton based call centre operations.
If you are motivated, willing to learn, ambitious and a hard worker, we would like to hear from you.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Matric/Grade 12
•1 year Telesales Experience
•Previous call centre experience is advantageous
•Insurance background experience is advantageous
•Must have worked in telesales within the last 12 months
•Can’t currently be unemployed for more than 6 months
Basic Salary: R 5000 – R 6000 + commission (Target based)
Top consultants are earning R 20 000 - R 25 000 per month
There is no cap on the commissions.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
08h00 – 16h30
Overtime is required if targets are not met
Our client offers attractive market related salary, benefits and a commission structure.
BENEFITS
•Receive from 10% up to 30% extra for additional phone time. The more time on the phone, the higher the bonus.
•You can get prompted every 3 months for achieving the next level target 3 months in a row. Basic increases to R8000 then R10000 as you go up a level (Jnr , Snr , Exec)
•You receive an attendance bonus.
•Leads are market leads, no cold calling or finding own clients.
•Big monetary rewards at quarterly and end of year functions for top performers in various categories.
