I offer a full Human Resource (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) service at a fraction of the price of a full time employee - or limited service provider - to render a personalised service to your organisation. Our charge/rate is negotiated and inclusive for your company needs with no extras added.
Please find below is a brief guideline as to what services are available at present.
Services provided (but not limited to) include:
•Recruitment (all departments);
•Personnel and administration;
•Contracts of employ, letters of appointment, job descriptions;
•Training (staff and line management), learner-ships, performance appraisals;
•Counselling;
•Internal disciplines, disciplinary hearings;
•Assistance with BEE, skills and equity;
•Assistance with payroll and statutory returns;
•Telephonic advice;
•Drafting of documents;
•HR guidelines;
•HR/IR forms; and
•Representation at CCMA. MEIBC, BCEA, Labour Law, Bargaining Councils, SARS, SETAS.
