Unit Manager required to:
Develop, maintain and improve standard in the unit
Gain optimal staff usage and ensure that sufficient staff is on duty at
all times
Ensuring a cost effective nursing operation
Staff management and training
Management of stock and equipment
Management of patient care and client services
Management of the nursing budget in the unit
Ensure effective Doctor, staff and patient relationships
Comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls
Designing and implementation of marketing strategies for the unit
Essential:
Diploma in General Nursing essential
Registered with The South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
Previous Nursing experience in a Medical environment essential
Managerial experience is a must!
Salary: market related
