Here at Volvo Performance Center we do Repairs on all makes of Volvo Diesel Cylinder heads D5 & D3.
The Diesel Cylinder heads have an underlying issue with breaking lifters out of the (Hydraulic Pockets) casting of the Cylinder Heads.
We Repair & Refurbish these Diesel Cylinder Heads. We do the welding & Machine the casting of the Diesel Cylinder Heads back to Specifications.
New camshaft caps machined if needed with a one year quarantee.
Repair Camshaft and line boring.
We also supply parts for the Cylinder Heads (Valves-Lifters-Rockers and Headgasket etc)
We also give a 12-MONTH GUARANTEE with the Diesel Cylinder Heads.
Volvo also Confirmed that Volvo Xc90 D5 and Volvo S40 D5 Cylinder Heads are Discontinued.
