Scholar Transport Tracking App - Johannesburg

We just launched version two of our school bus tracking App, which helps parents stay connected with the daily commute of their children from home to school and back.

To put it in perspective, What MyShule App does :

 a) In the morning

- It notifies parents when the bus/Van nears the pick up location
- It notifies the parent when child has been picked
-It notifies the parent when the child has been dropped at school.

b) In the evening/Afternoon:

-MyShule App notifies the parent when child has boarded the bus/Van.
-MyShule App notifies the parent when bus/Van is near drop off.
- MyShule App notifies parent when the child has been dropped off.

Besides that, a parent is able to locate the bus/Van during active Trip and plan to meet it in good time.

The good news is, all these events are recorded in the admin panel and the school or transporter is able to have a account of each child as well as save time from calls from parents who might call to inquire about the wherebouts of their child's school bus/van.

Incase of delays or changes in Trip details admin is able to broadcast a notifications to inform the affected parents in that Trip/Route.

On admin panel, admin is able to plan on routes effectively by identifying the pick up points in each route and plan on routing, timing and number of children in each route. The time taken and distance covered in each route is also recorded for proper decision making.

Planning out of school Trips? Ie Trips to the park, don't worry our system is able to effectively schedule special Trips and keep involved parents in loop.

The Driver/assistant/Minder in the school bus/Van needs a smart phone with data bundles where their App is downloaded. If you have not invested in smart phones, we will be happy to recommend cheap and effective smart phones for your vans/buses .
