I offer accounting and taxations service’s from my fully equipped home office, or your office which ever suits your entity. I have 20 years extensive knowledge and experience in the accounts field and am a registered tax practitioner with SARS. I will be able to provide your organisation with an affordable and reliable solution’s. I utilize my own Pastel, Pastel Payroll software, Microsoft office and SARS e@syfile and e-filing if required.

I also offer training on Pastel/Pastel Payroll.

I will collect all paperwork from your premises and deliver the completed monthly documents/file to you, or work at your premises as required.

Rates can be discussed and agreed upon that are reasonable for both parties.

• Preparation of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Income Statements
• Fixed Assets i.e. Calculation of depreciation and monitoring of assets
• Preparation of financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Full cost accounting function including profit share calculations
• Income tax returns - Monitoring and support of full taxation issues
• Audit Preparation and co-ordination ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
