Accounting and taxation* Compilation of financial statements of close corporations;
companies and trusts in terms of the applicable accounting
framework
Completing personal and corporate income tax returns;
advising on implication of income tax legislation;
liase with South African Revenue Service on the client`s
behalf
Advise on other taxes such as PAYE, SDL, company tax, stamp
duty, estate duty, donations tax, VAT and dividend tax
Advising on capital gains tax
Maintaining accounting records of business entities
Reviewing accounting records and related systems, and
recommending modifications and improvements
Estate and financial planning
Payroll administration
Audit / Independent review
Performing statutory audits of the financial statements of our
clients requiring an audit / independent review in terms of the
Companies Act regulations, and
Issuing the applicable audit / independent review report.
