Any warranty claim must be raised with us directly. As official Forsining Distributor in South Africa we reserve the right to refuse warranty claims at our sole discretion.
Important: This watch is waterresistant but not waterproof, our warranty does not cover water damage.
Returns:
We accept Returns for Refund of this Watch within 15 Days after Delivery to you.
The watch must be returned in original and unused conditon together with all items that came with it, i.e. the watch box.
You must provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
The cost of the return shipment must be bourne by the buyer.
